Masters Health Services Analysts
Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN, is seeking qualified candidates for two positions as Masters Health Services Analysts. Each incumbent will take lead and collaborative roles in the design, analysis and reporting of multiple, concurrent health services evaluation programs; and provide support in defining scope and design, identifying resources, establishing timelines and producing summary reports. The selected candidates will act as health services co-investigators and project managers, delineate project objectives and oversee research methodologies and data analysis.

Requires Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences Research or related disciplines (MA, MS, MPA, MPH) OR BA/BS and 10+ years’ experience and 12 graduate-level hours. Experience with statistical software, such as SAS or STATA and qualitative analysis software, including NVivo or Atlas ti.
• Masters Health Services Analyst (Quantitative) - #25888.
Requires Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Sciences Research or related disciplines (MA, MS, MPA, MPH) OR BA/BS and 10+ years’ experience and 12 graduate-level hours. Experience with statistical software, such as SAS, STATA, MPlus, HLM6 or SPSS; familiarity with CPT and ICD-9 coding systems; and risk adjustment methodology.
Both positions require knowledge of current US healthcare delivery and regulatory issues; experience with design/collection/analysis/interpretation of comprehensive data; proficiency with MS-Office and graphics software; excellent public speaking, presentation, planning and verbal/written communication skills; ability to work within a team focused environment.
