Michigan State University Full Asst/Assoc Professor Biostatistics
The Division of Biostatistics in the Department of Epidemiology seeks a Statistician/Biostatistician for its expanding program. This is a tenure track position funded by state appropriation. The successful candidate will have an interest in the application of statistical methodologies to the Health Sciences and is expected to 1) develop and maintain a vigorous research program of their own, and participate in and/or obtain extramural funding through peer-reviewed grant mechanisms; 2) teach Biostatistics courses primarily to graduate students in Epidemiology, and medical students; 3) provide statistical consultation to faculty and graduate students in the department and College of Human Medicine.
