Description
New York Medical
College has an epidemiology position available, at the rank
of Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidate should have a
doctorate in epidemiology, with teaching experience at the
graduate level and expertise/experience in cancer or
pharmacoepidemiology. The position requires strong
quantitative and communication skills, a record of applied,
community-based research and a commitment to teaching.
Responsibilities include teaching epidemiology to graduate
students; student advisement; collaborating with clinical
and research faculty on grant development and ongoing
studies; and, participating in the Program’s consulting
practice.
